Invoicing for your hvac technician business

Worked example, with sample figures: a repair visit bills the service call at 1 × $95.00 = $95.00, 2 hours of labor at $110.00, 2 × $110.00 = $220.00, and a replacement capacitor at 1 × $45.00 = $45.00, which makes a subtotal of $95.00 + $220.00 + $45.00 = $360.00 before tax.
