A removal job goes into the preview as the work you quoted plus anything charged by quantity. The first row is the removal itself: name the tree and the address, use 1 for the quantity and your quoted price for the rate. Debris haul-away charged per truckload follows on the next row, with the number of loads and your price per load.
The tax box applies one percentage to the subtotal. Ask your state's tax office whether tree work is taxable before you enter anything there.
Worked example, with sample figures: removing a large oak is billed at 1 × $850.00 = $850.00, and 2 truckloads of debris at $90.00 come to 2 × $90.00 = $180.00. The subtotal is $850.00 + $180.00 = $1,030.00 before tax.
