The sample job here has a first treatment and then follow-up visits. Tax is one percentage, applied to the subtotal. Check with your state's tax office how pest control services are treated before you type a rate.
Worked example, with sample figures: a rodent job bills the first treatment at 1 × $150.00 = $150.00, 2 follow-up visits at $75.00, 2 × $75.00 = $150.00, and 4 bait stations at $12.00, 4 × $12.00 = $48.00. The subtotal is $150.00 + $150.00 + $48.00 = $348.00 before tax.
