The preview makes a single invoice and has no repeat setting. Tax is a single percentage for every row, so confirm your state's position on pool service and chemicals before you fill it in.
Worked example (sample figures): a June service invoice has 4 weekly visits at 4 × $55.00 = $220.00, one bucket of chlorine tablets at 1 × $38.00 = $38.00, and one bottle of phosphate remover at 1 × $24.00 = $24.00. The subtotal is $220.00 + $38.00 + $24.00 = $282.00 before tax, the figure the preview opens on.
