If you type a tax rate, it's charged on the whole booking; whether services or products are taxed depends on your state, so check its rules and ask an accountant. The barber invoicing guide linked below covers deposits, cancellation terms and chair rent.
Worked example from the sample rows: four cuts for a photo shoot at 4 × $40.00 = $160.00, two beard trims at 2 × $20.00 = $40.00, and a travel fee at 1 × $35.00. The booking comes to $160.00 + $40.00 + $35.00 = $235.00 before any tax. Use your own prices.
