The preview on this page is a scratch pad for one invoice. Each row holds a short label, how many, and a dollar amount for one, and the sum at the bottom changes as you edit. For coaching, give each kind of session a row of its own: the intake session on one row, the regular sessions on another with how many you held in Qty, and short check-in calls on a third.
There is one Tax % box, and it applies to everything above it. Your state's tax agency can say whether coaching is taxable there; look it up before typing a rate. Bundles, memberships, group programs and rescheduling terms are covered in the life coach invoicing guide linked below.
Worked example using the preview's starting rows (sample figures): an intake session at 1 × $95.00, four 60-minute sessions at 4 × $135.00 = $540.00, and two check-in calls at 2 × $40.00 = $80.00. That is $95.00 + $540.00 + $80.00 = $715.00, which stays the total while the tax box is empty. Replace the rows with your own sessions and prices.
