Each preview row is filled in with a name, how many, and what one of them costs in dollars. One client's private sessions can be grouped in a single row, counting the sessions and pricing one; studio classes you taught are the class count at the studio's per-class rate; and a workshop with one overall price is a single unit. Put the studio or client and the month in the label so they can check it.

Worked example, using the preview's sample figures: three private sessions at 3 × $85.00 = $255.00, four studio classes at 4 × $60.00 = $240.00, and a two-hour workshop at 1 × $150.00. Altogether $255.00 + $240.00 + $150.00 = $645.00, with no tax added. Use your own prices.
