Invoicing Software for Pressure Washing Services

Pressure washing work is quoted per job: a house wash, a driveway or patio, a deck, or a storefront, with add-ons such as gutter cleaning. Some commercial customers, such as property managers or shops, book the same service on a regular schedule.

Sales tax on cleaning services, and any local rules that apply to your work, depend on your state and city, so check them and ask your accountant.

These are sample figures, and sales tax isn't included. A homeowner books a house wash at $350.00, a 2,000 sq ft driveway at $0.15 a square foot, and gutter brightening at $90.00. The driveway works out to 2,000 × $0.15 = $300.00.

The invoice has three lines: $350.00 + $300.00 + $90.00 = $740.00. The prices are examples, not suggested prices.
